The pen name of Jason and Rhonda Halbert, who have been married thirty-three years and writing together for the last several of them. Jason is a Grammy- and Emmy-winning music director and producer, twenty-three years with Kelly Clarkson. Rhonda spent ten years in music and television management and is a published photographer.
Together they write The Goodpasture Chronicles, a supernatural fantasy trilogy that blends mystery, suspense, endurance, and triumph into an epic adventure — woven from more than thirty years of life together, based somewhat on truth and experience.
A licensed professional counsellor and supervisor with more than three decades of practice across juvenile detention centres and psychiatric hospitals, and CEO of an outpatient practice in North Texas. His doctorate is in counselling with a focus on traumatology; his clinical work centres on depression, addiction and suicidal ideation.

Rachel Smith and Rhyan Shirley founded Stage Wives as a Nashville support community for women whose partners work in the touring industry. Rachel spent more than ten years as a tour wife and runs a pyrography studio; Rhyan is a songwriter and recording artist, a single mother, and a ten-year tour wife herself. They host the podcast Offstage and On Duty.
The Invisible Backpack, illustrated by Trea Bailey, is the first volume of Touring Tales — books for the children touring families leave at home.
